¿Mi filtro antiguo es más grande o más pequeño que el filtro Ego3?

No importa. El filtro Ego3 filtra 20 veces más que un filtro de cartucho del mismo tamaño. Incluso si tu filtro antiguo es el doble de grande, el Ego3 sigue filtrando 10 veces más. La mayoría son solo unos pocos mm o cm más grandes o más pequeños. Solo la conexión = la rosca (o el compartimento en el set 5 toploader) debe encajar.

¿Cumple el filtro Ego3 lo que promete?

El Ego3 cumple todas las promesas. No es un producto nuevo sin probar, sino que se ha utilizado más de 80000 veces en los jacuzzis y Swim Spa más diversos, desarrollado por expertos en filtros de agua y jacuzzis con décadas de experiencia en los mejores y más grandes fabricantes de jacuzzis. ¿Cuántas bolas filtrantes están incluidas en el set?

Cada set incluye 300 gr. de bolas filtrantes, independientemente de la cantidad de contenedores que hayas seleccionado. ¿Por qué no necesitas más si tienes varios contenedores? Porque la suciedad se distribuye entre los varios contenedores y, por lo tanto, deben limpiarse con menos frecuencia en esa proporción. Así que este saco de bolas filtrantes dura siempre lo mismo, sin importar cuántos filtros tenga tu jacuzzi.

¿Afecta el nuevo filtro a la garantía de mi jacuzzi?

No, por supuesto que no, porque el Ego3 incluso prolonga la vida útil de tus bombas gracias al flujo más fácil. Si tu distribuidor de jacuzzi afirma algo diferente, entonces está equivocado y solo quiere venderte los antiguos filtros de cartucho.

¿Cuánto cuesta el envío y cuánto tarda?

Enviamos a todo el mundo con envío gratuito a partir de 50 euros. Por ejemplo, todas las bolas filtrantes y los juegos de filtros Ego3 siempre tienen envío gratuito.
Enviamos desde Austria, por lo que en Austria y los países vecinos tarda solo de 1 a 3 días. En otros países de la UE, de 3 a 5 días. Reino Unido, Noruega y Suiza tardan aproximadamente 1 semana.
EE. UU., Canadá, Australia y Nueva Zelanda tardan de 2 a 4 semanas. Pero a partir del otoño también tendremos un almacén propio en EE. UU.

¿Asumo algún riesgo al comprar?

No, porque ofrecemos un derecho de devolución de 100 días. ¿Por qué lo hacemos? Porque sabemos que te encantará nuestro producto, pero quieres tener la seguridad de probarlo sin riesgos.

¿Está todo lo que necesito incluido en el set?

El set incluye todo lo que necesitas. La cantidad seleccionada de recipientes, 10 recargas anuales de bolas filtrantes y un manual.

¿Qué puedo hacer si he pedido el incorrecto?

Por favor, verifica siempre al comprar que el filtro elegido sea el correcto para evitar envíos de ida y vuelta. Pero si por error has pedido el filtro equivocado, no hay problema. Simplemente contáctanos para gestionar el cambio en welcome@ego3-filter.com.

¿Puede producirse un daño en el jacuzzi?

Nunca puede ocurrir un daño por el filtro Ego3. Incluso reduce muchas posibilidades de daño. Las bombas duran más, los sensores y la calefacción no se obstruyen lentamente debido a la suciedad microscópica de menos de 40 micrones que pasa por el filtro de cartucho sin filtrar, y las tuberías permanecen mucho más limpias gracias al alto flujo. Esto también reduce la necesidad de productos químicos y todo en el jacuzzi dura más.

Diese Filter sind einfach super

Diese Filter sind einfach super. Das Wasser wird wirklich absolut glas-klar. Ich hatte zwischendurch auch Probleme mit trüben Wasser. Das lag aber an zu wenig Alka und damit einem falschen PH-Wert. Würde sie mir jederzeit wieder kaufen,

Sind ihr Geld wert!!!

Die Filter funktionieren einwandfrei und sind einfach zu reinigen. Bei regelmäßiger Nutzung des Pools sind die Filterbälle nach maximal vier Wochen voll. Wir sind vollends zufrieden 👍

Gutes Produkt

Die Filterkartuschen passen perfekt in meinen Waterwave-Pool und erfüllen in Verbindung mit den Filterbällen zuverlässig ihren Zweck.

Einziges Manko: Die Nasen an den Deckeln brechen mit der Zeit ab. Die Filter lassen sich zwar weiterhin heraus- und hineindrehen, müssen aber nach einigen Wechseln ersetzt werden.

Insgesamt bin ich dennoch zufrieden mit dem Produkt

Triple AAA service

I ordered four of these filters for my Hot Spring Sovereign. The UK delivery service opened my package for inspection but failed to repackage all filters correctly, resulting in one filter being damaged. I contacted the company anticipating a negative response; however, they responded excellently, immediately dispatching a replacement without any argument.

It is only in situations where issues arise that one truly assesses a company's commitment to their products and customers. In this instance, they demonstrated exceptional service on both fronts.

Regarding the filters, they performed so effectively that I observed a significant amount of accumulated debris at the bottom of the spa, previously unseen with my ceramic filters. I contacted customer service again; their advice and expertise were outstanding. They treated me professionally and individually, with no condescension, and expressed a genuine willingness to assist. Due to the increased efficiency of the filter system, the pressure within my plumbing increased, dislodging dirt that had previously been inaccessible with the old filtration system. After three flush cycles, all debris was expelled, and the spa now appears pristine.

Thank you for your dedication to customer care; I hope you maintain your current standards.

The cap is made of plastic and has a very fragile interlocking mechanism. It broke the first time I tried to close it. Luckily it only broke on one side and is still useable.
The assistance was very quick to send a new cap for free. Maybe I made a wrong maneuver and accidentally broke the cap but anyway I remain of the idea that a different closing system like a screw cap would be preferable, definitely more sturdy.

Grazie Marco, we tried every possible way for the locking system to meet every kind of need of the product. This was the result. Threads don`t work in hot water because due to temperature changes they open themselves. Kind regards Your EGo3 Team

Der Service war supernett und hat mir auf Kundenwunsch meine Löcher 3cm tiefer gebohrt da mein Denform Pool einen niedrigeren Wasserstand hat. Die Filter funktionieren einwandfrei.

Funktioniert super!
