Trotzdem habe ich einige Fragen dazu :
1. Ist es richtig, dass sich der Filterdeckel mit dem SPA-Schachtanfang bündig, auf gleicher Höhe befinden muss ? JA
2. Der Filter kann nicht tiefer in den Schacht reingedrückt werden, weil er an einer im SPA eingebauten ringförmigen Verengung dicht abschliessen - abschliessen muss ? JA
3. Somit sich der Filterboden mit der runden Abflussöffnung und das Schachtende, sich nicht berühren und nicht zusammengesteckt werden can. Der Abstand beträgt ca. 15cm. JA
4. Das SPA deshalb neu, ohne alten originalen Auffangkorb und Skimmer betrieben wird. JA
5. Der große Ring, welcher den Skimmer am SPA festmachte, auch für das EGO3 WIRD eingesetzt (Sasst auf den Millimeter genau, als wäre das so vorgesehen). OPTIMAL
6. Reicht der kleine Strudel der beim Filterzyklus entsteht, um auch gut schwimmenden Schmutz reinzuziehen. ZB verwehte Blättchen, Insekten etc. PERFEKT.

Wir haben auf die EGO3 Filter gewechselt und hatten vorher Lamellenfilter, welche das Wasser nicht zu 100% sauber gehalten haben! Jetzt haben wir die EGO3 Filterbälle und unser Fazit: die Filter sind ihr Geld absolut wert! Das Wasser ist Glasklar, wir brauchen weniger Chlor, der Ph-Wert bleibt stabiler und einen Schmutzrand gibt’s auch nicht mehr!!
Wir hatten ursprünglich die falschen Kartuschen geliefert bekommen, der Umtausch war absolut unkompliziert und der Telefonkontakt sehr angenehm und nett!

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von den EGO³-Filtern! Ich verwende sie seit einiger Zeit in meinem Whirlpool und habe seither deutlich weniger Aufwand mit der Reinigung. Das Wasser bleibt länger klar, und auch der Verbrauch an Pflegemitteln ist spürbar gesunken. Die Handhabung ist einfach und das Nachfüllen geht schnell. Insgesamt eine sehr durchdachte und nachhaltige Lösung – ich möchte nicht mehr zurück zum herkömmlichen Kartuschenfilter.

Ich bin absolut begeistert vom EGO³ Toploader-Set! Die Installation war kinderleicht und das Ergebnis spricht für sich: Mein Pool bleibt endlich deutlich länger sauber – ganz ohne ständiges Nachreinigen. Das nachhaltige Filtersystem ohne Einwegfilter ist nicht nur gut für die Umwelt, sondern auch extrem effektiv. Die Wasserqualität ist glasklar – so macht Poolpflege richtig Spaß.
Was mich aber wirklich umgehauen hat: Am Samstag persönlich vom Eigentümer telefonisch beraten worden – freundlich, kompetent und völlig unkompliziert. After 5 years of trying my hardest to have clear water all of the time (and failing a lot!) I discovered these filters online. After a week of them being used our Vita Spa never looked so clean. Cleaning is very simple, chemical balance seems to last longer and after around 4 months of use I've had to clean the filters only twice. It really is a world class product and will save me a fortune, both in time cleaning filters, and money spent on new filters.The only thing I've done differently is to fill the hot tub an additional 10-15mm as the filters are top feed only and I needed more depth as on my machine they are quite high up near the surface (Vita Spa Cabaret 2015). I'm guessing the water will also last longer meaning less replacement and hot tub body cleaning too. It really is a win win situation!

I have now been using the filters for just under a year. The filtering performance is phenomenal. The filter balls only need to be replaced/cleaned every 4-5 weeks. The water is always crystal clear. - A brilliant and cost-effective product in the long run!
The customer service is also great: After the thread broke off when unscrewing one of the filter cartridges, it was quickly and easily replaced. Thank you very much.

I am the owner of a Murano Whirlpool and had difficulties with the water from the very beginning - mainly because the seller hardly took any time for the topic of "proper water treatment." Through an acquaintance, I then got the phone numbers of Mr. Gruber from Graz. Although we do not know each other, and although he is not the seller of the pool, he took almost 20 minutes for the first conversation, and further long, valuable discussions followed the initial talk. With his incredible knowledge and unique experience, we have now succeeded in making the pool water as clear as any pool owner would sincerely wish. My suggestion would be that all pool sellers should take a basic course on "proper water treatment" with Mr. Gruber before selling a pool. The filtration system is the perfect solution for our hot tub. The water is now much clearer and the costs are significantly lower with the filter balls compared to the expensive filter cartridges.
Regardless of the perfect solution, the seller is highly recommendable.
We had a small problem installing the new cartridge and described this to the seller by email. Already the next day (on a Sunday) we received a reply early in the morning that clearly sets this seller apart from other dealers.

The balls from Fibalon are really great in the Ego filter. We also work with the ionization device from Infinitas in a swimspa. With this filter, we finally have clear and odor-neutral water, which was never the case before with cartridge filters and Spa Balancer. Why and how - no idea but we are all very happy now ....Great invention!

We bought the filter balls in 2019. Unfortunately, after the first use, our pool pump broke down independently of the filter balls. The water could no longer be regulated and was cloudy. After replacing the pump, everything worked again and we were able to test the filter balls for the rest of the season. This year, we reopened the pool season at the beginning of June and are very satisfied with the filter balls. The water is clear and cleaning the filter balls is much easier than with the previous filters. So far, we have been using a total of 20 filter balls (alternating 2x10). So the pack should last for some time. We can only recommend the filter balls.

Infinitas MB 600 hot tub and swim Spa SP2000
At the beginning, I had cloudy water twice with the Infinitas disinfection without chlorine. I can only give everyone the tip to rinse the pool thoroughly once before doing the final fill.
The sand filter in the swim Spa was filled with Fibalon from the factory and had ideal water in terms of values and appearance right away.
Only with the hot tub did I have to get involved twice. Now the hot tub runs like a charm with 2 Ego filters.
Many thanks also to Spa Natural for the tip. I am very satisfied with the filter and water without chlorine.

First of all, many thanks for the brilliant invention. I tried to integrate the filter into the ongoing operation, but unfortunately, it didn't really work. After a water change, it now runs without any problems. The effort required is zero. The quality of the water is outstanding. I have not been able to achieve this with any other filter so far. Hello, I've had the filters for almost 2 months now, before I also had cartridge filters and cleaned the filter every week with the expensive spa balancer filter cleaner
and Ultrashock with it. Then I had problems with the filters, I couldn't clean them after half a year. Carefully took the filter out of the pool, then all the dirt fell back into the pool. I then researched on the internet and came across the Ego 3 filters.
The filters are great, I just cleaned them after 2 months without chemicals and the water is clean. And by the way, I switched to regular chlorine (chlorine tablets), I got enough of the expensive spa balancer, I always had problems with germs, since I have chlorine nothing, the filters don't clog, etc. But I will switch to inorganic chlorine granulate, it's easier to dose and no trichloramine is formed.
Conclusion: Filters are absolutely recommendable

The very annoying cleaning of the cartridge filter every few days is no longer necessary.
Replacing the filter balls is also a breeze.
We can only recommend to everyone who still uses cartridge filters to use these EGO3 filters.

I have been using the filter balls for my hot tub for 2 years. Now I have a swimspa. Very quickly I tried to switch here as well from cartridge filters and was very glad that there is the right size for my pool. After ordering, I promptly received a call to confirm whether this filter size also fits. Received very good personal advice and good tips, the order then arrived very quickly.
Since I started using the filter balls, the water is crystal clear. Since we have very hard water, conventional cartridge filters clog almost constantly. A burden for the pumps - that doesn't happen with the balls. After extensive children's parties, changing the filter was a dilemma. When removing the cartridges, huge amounts of dirt dissolved that were now back in the hot tub.
That also doesn't happen with the filter balls!! The dirt stays in the container. In addition, the exchange is incredibly simple. I put the balls in a laundry net and wash them only with Danchlor in the machine. Done. Everything clean. And I've been doing that for 2 years.
Works excellently with Spabalancer. Once all hardness formers are filtered out of the water, hardly any addition of cleaners to the water is required. After more than a year, I have fantastic water and every water change is actually a challenge because the water is better than after the fresh fill.
The purchase may seem expensive at first glance, but it has already paid off for me. No more buying new filters. No hours of effort when changing filters - first cleaning the hot tub again from the dissolved dirt and then laboriously cleaning the slats, expensive filter cleaners, etc....
Less water chemistry. Longer usage times of the water before the next change. Incredibly simple pool maintenance that can now easily be done in between without getting wet and dirty from head to toe. No more standing reserve cartridges because the balls can be stored very easily.
Absolutely recommendable!

Once again, many thanks for your great advice and support even after the purchase.
The filter system is great and very easy to handle and clean.
Finally, that nasty biofilm on the water surface is gone.
I initially wanted to build my own skimmer system, but your filter with the top suction solved my problem.
Cleaning the paper filters was always a gamble and you could never be sure that the filter was really clean again.
Recently, I soaked the paper filters for 3 weeks in heavily chlorinated water.
Since the paper filter costs 29.95 Eur per filter, you quickly make back the extra cost of the ego3.
The added value through the clearly better system: PRICELESS :-)

We spoke on the phone recently and then I ordered 2 filters from you. We are the ones with the Infinitas hot tub from Düsseldorf by spanatural. Already after 2 filter cleanings, which you initially recommended to me, there was a noticeable improvement. The slime, which actually - despite cleaning the filters every 2-3 days with the old filters - was constantly on the edge and especially around the filters on the walls, is gone or only very little remains. The water is also noticeably cleaner!!
I would like to sincerely thank you for that. Since purchasing our wonderful hot tub, it had been a constant annoyance and really spoiled our fun. Now I am lying with a smile in my pool, joyfully watching the shooting stars.

Super satisfied! I can only recommend it. We have had an Artesian Spas hot tub for 2 years and have since only used EGO3 filters. Always top water!

We have had the filters for 6 months now. Are super satisfied. We have never had such beautiful water. We also need much less chemicals. It is a great product!!!

At the beginning we were very skeptical. But we were proven wrong. The Ego3 filters work perfectly. We never clean the filters anymore, but only replace a few balls every 2-3 months. That is still much cheaper than the old filters and we have no more work. Great idea this filter!

I have been a hot tub owner for nine months, and from the beginning, I have operated my hot tub with Spa Balancer products on the recommendation of my pool seller. Paid a lot of money for nothing!! The water
sometimes good sometimes not so good, constant foam formation in water, cleaning the filter every week, etc. For me, that was just normal, since that's all I knew. When I had to get new filters,
Searched the internet, accidentally found the EGO3 filter and immediately ordered it due to many advantages. Inserted the EGO3 filter, two days later the water was cloudy, milky. Contacted my EGO3 seller and
wanted to get my money back because of the result. My seller EGO3 contacted me immediately and explained everything, I was still skeptical but I had a 3-month return policy so
Put the EGO3 filter back into the water, one week passed, water cloudy gray milky disaster. Conclusion: it doesn't work with SPA Balancer!! Followed tip from my seller EGO3, water out,
Pool cleaned, new water added to pool filter EGO3, Ultrashock done. pH value adjusted, after one week water quality 1A!!! no more foam formation, incredible!!!
I am super satisfied and still amazed by the water quality and how easy and affordable it is to operate a hot tub now. Thanks EGO3 team for great advice and a great product. Really

I would advise every hot tub owner to use Filter EGO3.

simply top, thank you for this product. I used to clean my filter every week, whether summer or winter. Now I replace the dirtiest filter balls every 3-4 months and always have crystal clear water! You have convinced me!

I have been using the filter since April 2017. I was very skeptical at first. Mr. Gruber then gave me very good advice over the phone, so I ordered the filter. The delivery was prompt. Installed the filter and after about 1 week I had perfectly clear water. So far I have cleaned the filter twice. The water is still crystal clear!
