Now the 4th year since the launch of the EGO3 hot tub filter is coming to an end. Once again, we were able to significantly increase sales and the number of units sold. In Germany and Austria, we are already the largest provider of Whirlpool filters. We would like to sincerely thank all our customers for this. In 2019, we were able to increase sales by another excellent 32%. EGO3 hot tub filter are now well-known in the market and across all social media and discussion forums. Furthermore, we are also receiving more and more international orders (including from the USA and Canada).
The development is gaining momentum due to the high customer satisfaction.
"Our return rate is only an incredible 0.05% despite a 4-month return policy. This means that 99.95% of our customers are very satisfied with our product. The EGO3 hot tub filter also receive almost 100% 3x5 stars from buyers at Trusted Shops, thus achieving the highest rating."

Addendum 2022:
The development has continued to progress rapidly with our whirlpool filters. The years 2020 and 2021 also brought record results in sales figures for the EGo3 filters with double-digit growth rates. Furthermore, we have almost exclusively offered our hot tub filter in Germany and Austria. In 2022, new webshops for the UK, Scandinavia, and Benelux are being created to be present in these markets in 2023.
