Now the 4th year since the sales launch of the EGO3 hot tub filter is coming to an end. And once again, we were able to massively increase sales and units sold. In Germany and Austria, we are probably already the largest provider of hot tub filters. We would like to sincerely thank all our customers for this. In 2019, we were able to increase sales by another excellent 32%. EGO3 hot tub filter are now well known on the market and in all social media and discussion forums. Additionally, we are now also receiving more and more international orders (including USA and Canada).
The development is gaining more and more momentum due to the high customer satisfaction.
Our return rate is an incredible 0.05% despite a 4-month return policy. This means that 99.95% of our customers are very satisfied with our product. The EGO3 hot tub filter also receive almost 100% 3x5 star ratings from buyers on Trusted Shops, making it the highest rating.

Addendum 2022:
The development of our whirlpool filters has continued rapidly. The years 2020 and 2021 also brought record results in sales figures for the EGo3 filters with double-digit growth rates. Furthermore, we have so far offered our hot tub filter almost exclusively in Germany and Austria. In 2022, new webshops for the UK, Scandinavia, and Benelux are being created to be present in these markets in 2023 as well.
