I ordered four of these filters for my Hot Spring Sovereign. The UK delivery service opened my package for inspection but failed to repackage all filters correctly, resulting in one filter being damaged. I contacted the company anticipating a negative response; however, they responded excellently, immediately dispatching a replacement without any argument.
It is only in situations where issues arise that one truly assesses a company's commitment to their products and customers. In this instance, they demonstrated exceptional service on both fronts.
Regarding the filters, they performed so effectively that I observed a significant amount of accumulated debris at the bottom of the spa, previously unseen with my ceramic filters. I contacted customer service again; their advice and expertise were outstanding. They treated me professionally and individually, with no condescension, and expressed a genuine willingness to assist. Due to the increased efficiency of the filter system, the pressure within my plumbing increased, dislodging dirt that had previously been inaccessible with the old filtration system. After three flush cycles, all debris was expelled, and the spa now appears pristine.
