Question 2: What is the diameter of the filter shaft?

Please now measure the diameter of the shaft in which the filter is submerged.

Remove everything else beforehand, such as floating skimmers, skimmer pipe, upper sealing ring (for skimmer pipes), "cap" over the filter, coarse pre-filter or similar.

There are three options, please select:

  • Diameter = 150mm

    In this case, the connection does not matter. It is always the Ego3 Toploader! This is simply pushed into the slot until the lid rests on top and is not screwed in. It holds by itself in the slot through three contact points.

  • Diameter greater than 150mm

    In this case, you do not need the toploader, but an Ego3 filter with the correct connection. Just click below, then you will come to the selection.

  • The shaft has a step!

    For this special variant, which is installed in a few whirlpools, we unfortunately do not offer an EGO3 filter.
